EUBoutique.com appreciates your business. You will be notified promptly by E-mail of shipment and/or any delays, temporary out-of-stocks or problems with processing your order as long as you have supplied us with a valid e-mail address on your order form.

While we strive to offer quality products at fair value to our customers, we cannot control the intent, expectation or method of consumers utilizing the products offered through our website. Furthermore, we cannot control the use of information contained on our website nor the conclusions derived thereof. We can assure our customers that all products are thoroughly tested and approved for quality and conformity to existing standards. Consequently all orders are accepted and shipped according to the following:

 

"EUBoutique.com disclaim all express and/or implied warranties with regard to the information, services, materials and products contained on its internet sites, including without limitation any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. All information, services, materials and products are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind. In no event shall EUBoutique.com or its vendors be liable for any special, indirect, punitive, incidental, exemplary or consequential damages, or any damages whatsoever resulting from product use, loss of use, business data or profits, litigation and the like, whether based on breach of contract, tort (including negligence), product liability or otherwise, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. With respect to goods or services purchased through this website, liability, is expressly limited to replacement of defective goods, or, at EUBoutique.com election, to the repayment or crediting of buyer with an amount equal to the purchase price of the goods. You acknowledge and agree that the limitations set forth above are fundamental elements of this agreement and the site would not be provided to you absent such limitations. Some state statutes might apply regarding limitation of liability."

 

By placing an order, you accept the above disclaimer as part of the sales contract and further agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless EUBoutique.com its affiliates and suppliers from any liability, loss, claim and expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) related to your violation of this agreement. This agreement and the resolution of any dispute related to this Agreement or the website shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Tennessee, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. EUBoutique.com failure to insist upon strict enforcement of any provision of this agreement shall not be construed as a waiver of any provision or right.

 

Return Policy

 

We offer a thirty (30) day, money back, satisfaction guaranteed return policy. Returns must be made within 30 days of shipment to qualify under this policy. Merchandise must be undamaged and in original condition with all components and packaging originally sent and may be subject to a restocking fee of 10%. Credit will be issued only after inspection of all returns for conformity to this policy. Returned merchandise not in conformance will be held for 30 days and the customer notified by e-mail as to their options. In all cases, we do not accept the return for credit of any item returned more than 30 days from shipment date. Original shipping costs are not refundable. All returns for credit must conform to the following procedure to insure accurate processing of credit issuance and/or replacement:

 

  • Request a Return Authorization Number (RMA) by sending an e-mail to support@euboutique.com with your original order number, date, and item(s) you wish to return.
  • A return authorization number will be assigned and sent to you by return e-mail. Be sure to mark the address with the assigned RMA# and include a copy of your original order, order number or packing list to expedite processing and issuance of credit.
  • Return the item(s) postage paid (insured return receipt is suggested on returns over $50) to:

Important: Returns sent postage due or freight collect will not be accepted. EUBoutique.com cannot be responsible for unsolicited returns without an assigned return authorization number.
